Terms of Service
The room cleaning is done daily. Check in from 15.00 to 24.00 and check out by 10.30 (the check-in is indicative, please inform us about your arrival time to have your room ready without having to wait even a second. Making luggage arriva arrival and departure). Breakfast: from 7.00 to 10.30 (you can ask the breakfast “take away” or “self service” for other needs of time).
Smoking ban all over the Bed and Breakfast.
To cancel the day before arrival, will be charged 100% of the total price.

The names of the rooms are the titles of some of the “bergamaschissimo” Gaetano Donizetti‘s dramas.
